Prayer for Guidance
Loving God, I come to you with open hands and an
open heart, seeking guidance.
You have loved me into being and watch over me
as I journey through life.
You know me through and through and want only
what is best for me.
Be with me now as I discern my way forward.
Help me to discover my true calling in life.
Make known to me how you wish me to live
my one precious life.
If it is your will for me that I serve you in religious life give me the strength and courage to take the necessary steps.
Give me a listening heart and an open mind.
Guide me towards the path you wish me to follow.
Keep me close to you always. Amen.
